Greetings Keeper of Time,
Over the past few days, I’ve noticed that somehow the learnings of the Wizard and Hand waves have brought me to a place of being much more relaxed around having enough time and simply enjoying and doing whatever I’m doing.
I can feel that there’s not really anywhere besides here to get to, and I can simply allow the crafting of what I’m engaged in to unfold in its own way and time with ease, and even delight. Which feels amazing!
Here’s hoping you’ve strummed the strings of this chord and are feeling the reverberations sound in your being too! This is a time of “tuning up” and so is a great time for making music with our hands, whether with drums, stringed instruments, or fingered wind instruments… I call for a singalong with the universe!
Starting tomorrow, and continuing for a month, you’ll be able to see all five of the visible planets lined up in the eastern pre-dawn sky to greet the rising of the Sun! This is a very unusual event, so be sure (if the clouds clear where you are) to raise your hands to the dawning and say hello to this trail of lovelies along the yellow road…
- Mercury is just climbing into visibility, still very low on the horizon at dawn (the best seeing for Mercury will be closer to Feb 6th).
- Venus is the brightest shiner above the eastern horizon, currently found at the crossing place of the Milky Way and the path of the planets toward the center of our galaxy.
- Higher up and further toward the south, Saturn is still dancing with Antares, the red heart of the Scorpion (Dude, that’s not Mars!).
- Higher up and still further to the south, reddish Mars is approaching the infamous archway of Zubenelgenubi and Zubeneschemali (you know), the pincher claws of the Scorpion, and also the scales of Libra.
- Lastly, Jupiter is heading toward the west at the pre-dawn hour, following in the pawprint tracks of the back legs of the Lion.
To meet the Winter Evening Stars, like the Dog Star, the Twins, Orion, and the Pleiades that make up the Sacred Hoop, join us Saturday, January 30th for a Winter Stargazing Intensive. Hours and hours of stargazing, and you can still be home in bed before midnight…
Mercury goes direct on Monday, so there’s still a bit of time for reconsidering!
Hear so much more of what’s happening these days in my Moon 7 Audio Calendar Podcast.
Happy Hands On Attuning,
Stargazer Li
