Cosmic Update
Greetings Keeper of Time,
Happy new round in the circling of our star. So many possible new years, as a circle can begin anywhere.
New beginnings abound, and this one is welcome!
In my way of keeping time, today’s new year falls on an 8 Skywalker day in the World-bridger wave, in the Moon of Balancingly meeting the world beyond our selves!
Plus…
Mercury in Sagittarius (the sign of journeying in life) goes direct later today, and will slowly bring us through familiar ground with new perspective.
Jupiter in Taurus (the planet that rules Sagittarian journeying, in the sign of valuing the pleasures of embodiment) turned direct a couple days ago.
This portents a year of dying to who we’ve been in meeting the world beyond ourselves (which includes the beyond human) through taking action in an embodied journeying in life way. This is about residing in the liminal zone. Be willing to not know! And, to honor what you do know. Take action in a multi-dimensionally journeying way, really living in a way that bridges worlds, both social and cosmic.
To me, this also means recognizing the subtle and profound ways we’ve been sustaining colonizing empire reality in our own bodies as well as the social world, and surrendering in humility to not being able to “fix it,” while taking real steps every day, every moment, to honor Life –– our own authentic aliveness, and the dignity and humanity of those being oppressed and annihilated by the colonial killing machine, both human and beyond human! We need to live and meet Life in new ways. We are the journey!
On Sat, Jan 7th, Storm wave dances in, activating encounters via atmospheric pressures colliding. We’ll be changed through the meeting, as charged energetics unbalance and rebalance. Stormy weather approaches!
On Sun Jan 8th, before dawn in the east, Moon visits Venus for the 5th divestment, removing the third chakra ring of power. Willingly here, standing naked in our willingness to meet the world beyond ourselves, truly.
