Meeting Moon Magic

Waning Moon (still reverberating from its recent occultation of Mars!) now initiates us into the magic of phase-changing flow, as we enter the Green realm of Magic amidst the celebratory Geminids meteor shower (peaks the next two nights into early mornings). 

This is us, showing up as the Warrior selves we’ve recently become, beneath the gentle moonlight, meeting the world beyond our selves, balancingly. We’re learning to stay present, meeting what is, in the real real world! Very simple. 

The day before Winter Solstice​, Jupiter moves into Aries once again, and we step into action. This is an active echoing of two years ago when we birthed a new 20-yr Aquarian Jupiter/Saturn cycle of doing what’s uniquely ours to do in bringing the new reality on the Winter Solstice. Now, our living of this cycle becomes more magical and social, as we develop the will to actively engage with, and from within, the new energies.

Winter Solstice Sun moves into Capricorn, squaring Jupiter newly in Aries, challenging us to take action from a place in our being that honors both the slow serious work of living wisdom and the willingness to be emergent…

On the 23rd, we meet Dark Moon in Capricorn, which waxes to an eyelash crescent the 24th after sunset, and along with Mercury, welcomes Venus as she emerges from the underworld to shine as Evening Star, just visible now, standing naked on the half-shell dripping with beauty. This is a time for resting into mature love and devotion.
