Cosmic Update
Greetings Keeper of Time,
Welcome to Moon 6, the Moon of Balancing, a time of meeting the world beyond our selves, as our selves, with strong presence, in a continuously balancing way. The ripening Seed of our Warriorhood is now realized, amidst a Geminids meteor shower celebration (peaking tonight, around midnight is optimal for viewing).
A handful more days remain in this 13-day Warrior wave, during which you may have noticed the rigorous demand by life that we stand and remain strong in the face of duress, meeting what comes, not losing our selves! With Mars very recently joining Jupiter in Scorpio, the “poisoner” initiation energy is strong. Keep meeting life. Let the rigor and duress be a healing initiation that strengthens your ability to stay in presence, no matter what is happening around you.
A waning Scorpio Moon visited Mars this morning, and will be with Jupiter tomorrow morning in the east before dawn. You may see the star Zubenelgenubi (a pincher claw of the Scorpio) near Jupiter. In the coming weeks, Mars will be approaching Jupiter and Zubenelgenubi. This is not a time for the faint of heart! Courage is called for, enough to reach out and shake the claw of the Scorpion!
This Scorpio energy also brings a time for continuing to connect with our ancestors. Being remembered helps our dead become ancestors. This is a fundamental human responsibility of the living.
