Renewal Sessions are for those who’ve done a Deep Dive Session before, generally within the past year or so.
Now’s the time for renewed engagement with embodied presence, and trusting yourself and and the timings of life, in meeting well the transformational demands of these times…

- a 2.5-hour Renewal Session
- extensive preparation on my part (hours immersed in your story)
- a recording of your Session
- a PDF of my calendar
- 2 of my Essence Elixirs — selected by me, especially for you, and shipped to your home (in the US only)
: Sessions take place via Zoom (videoconferencing) or phone.
: Once you make your payment, we’ll schedule your Session.
: As of late I am generally booked two months or more in advance. So, email me to get on the waiting list.
: You’ll receive an email with a QUESTionnaire, which contains a few brief questions for you to answer and return to me prior to our session. The Session truly begins with your engagement with the QUESTionnaire!
