Cosmic Update
Greetings Keeper of Time,
Here we are, amidst emergentness, Crafting a Life. Hands On, living in actively engaged motion… our new How.
On October 2nd/3rd, Venus turns Retrograde in Scorpio, then slips quickly from shining as Evening Star in the western sky over the coming weeks, fully-vested and adorned, walking a “between worlds” metamorphic transformation, toward seeding a new cycle. Powerful, deep love is to be lived, in true presence!
Oct 4th, Saturn is at opposition, rising as Sun sets, shining brightly all through the night, among the stars of the Fishes.
On Oct 5th, before dawn, Waning Crescent Moon joins brightening Mars and the Beehive Cluster (all visible in the same binocular view if you have them). A glorious sight!
This same day, we enter the 13-day Sun wave. Sun, with its gently-angled autumn light, ripens this new Living Relationally beginning, weaving us within the “third thingingness” of Sun, Moon, & Earth, tipping the scales of the New Moon in Libra balancing dance. It’s enough to be quietly and generously radiant.
Oct 8-9th, just after dark, comes the Draconids meteor shower. This meteor shower is best seen early evenings, and there’s no moonlight interfering this year. Not many shooting stars her hour, but some good ones are likely if you find yourself out and about.
Moon 3 ends with the end of the Sun wave, on 10/17, completing this Living Relationally new beginning. We’re now moving in new ways, in relatedness with Life.
