Participants are invited into embodied conversation with the actualness of the seasonality dances of Sun, Moon, Earth, and Stars, including the storied shifting of the North Star through the ages, as experienced and expressed in two ways:
through the Northern Circumpolar Stars and those nearby, especially Northern Dipper, North Star, Yellow Dragon/Bear, and the ancient stargazing tools and sacred burial objects Jade Bi & Cong
&
through the Summer Triangle stars of the Weaving Woman, Cowherd, and Bridge of Birds, now associated with the Seven Sevens festival.
Engaging in direct relatedness with these diverse expressions of directionality and seasonality teaches us, through lived experience, ever-deepening ways of perceiving and moving with the organic, here and now unfolding of seasonal change, through the year and also through the ages.
