These days I have found myself in an economically challenged situation (one knows it’s intense if I can’t even afford the twenty-five dollars for this years calendar).Thanks again for making it available, without charge. Reality grows exponentially when sharing with others. Ebb and flow. A site I have found interesting, if not compelling is suspicious observers. Enjoy this “portal full” month. Thanks for appreciating that I give my recordings freely! It is a labor of love. Once upon a time I charged a small amount for these valuable offerings, but found that I really wanted everyone to be able to listen and so decided to make these my gifts to all of our unfolding…

Hi Li, I just found a book that my dad gave me when I was about 9 years old. The star charts always made me confused. Then, I went to the symposium last weekend and sat in as long as I could out on the meadow Friday night, and felt once again connected to it all thru your talk. And, the star chart in the book made sense for the first time for me just about 5 minutes ago. Do you still do talks while looking at the stars with folks live outdoors wherever you used to do that near where you live? If so, can we join that? (We live in light polluted and foggy SF.)
Yes, once you get oriented to the actual sky, star lamps are soooo much easier to use and make sense of. Glad you’re still looking up!
Keep an eye on my website and emails for public events. I only do a few each year as I mostly teach at events and for groups of friends who bring me to them to teach.
I’m thinking this winter will be the next local stargazing.
